Cotton Blossom – Floral honey notes. Butter and woody, dry finish. Bees pollinated in cotton fields.
Semi-Sweet – Made with local chinese tallow (aka popcorn tree) honey from northern Beaufort county
Coffee Bean – Multi-Award Winning Mead. We partnered with The Grind Coffee Roasters aging our Mead on their Ecaudorian Organic Beans. Vanilla/Cinnamon – Madagascar Vanilla beans and Vietnamese Cinnamon in a balanced semi-sweet Mead. Think French Toast in a glass. Put a splash in the Coffee Bean Mead, or in our Apple-Cider for a delightful surprise.
Tart Sour Cherry – Tart sour cherry with a honey finish. Slightly off dry. Use it alone or as a mixer in cocktails.
Wild Blueberry – Award winning light, refreshing, fruity, Off Dry finish. Almost port-like. Drink alone or use as a mixer in a cocktail. *2020 “Best of Show” Palmetto State (SC) Wine Competition.

Colonial Heritage Hard Apple Cider – We source fresh pressed apple cider form Winchester, VA, add NOTHING BUT YEAST, for a dry, tart, unfiltered cider as made in Colonial Times. President John Adams started his day with a glass of cider. 7.5% APV
